She was born and brought up in Bangalore Karnataka on 15th April 1993 and she is 29 years old. Narmatha completed her schooling education in Bangalore and graduated from the college Acharya NRV School of Architecture, Bangalore. She loves painting and drawing very much. She got graduated with the stream of Bachelor of Architecture. While she was studying in college she did many modeling shows for some designers and performed in Ramp walks also.

The serial Putta Gowri Maduve has become one of the top-rated serials in the television industry. Ahead of this serial narmatha Gowda even got the taste of another program named Krishna Rukmini.
This serial explains the controversial culture of child marriage in the whole plot. Her performance in this serial was highly appreciated by many audiences and co-actors. She did a doctor role in this serial and this role gave her rebirth in the industry. This serial was ranked one of the most-watched serials on the Kannada television channels.
After this, she appeared on the two sequels of Nagini as a lead character of the serial.
