She was born and brought up in Delhi. Her mother’s name is Lata Bhandari and her father’s name is Ajay Rawat. She also has one younger brother named Kushagra Rawat. Jahnvi completed her schoolings at All Saints’ College and completed her bachelor’s degree in Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi.
